Amazon Delivery Customer Experience is seeking a Senior UX Designer to redefine post-purchase interactions. You will craft innovative features and scalable design systems, guiding decisions with user data and cross-functional collaboration, from checkout to delivery and beyond.

The role emphasizes leading with customer empathy, partnering with senior leaders, and producing flows, wireframes, and prototypes for scalable delivery experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience with post-purchase experiences.
• Available online portfolio.
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
• Experience in UI Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
• Lifecycle design from strategy through execution.
• Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design best practices.
• Experience prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions and raise the bar on delivery customer experience.
• Advocate for the customer using data, insights, and business constraints to guide design.
• Partner with business and development teams to plan immediate and long-term, scalable changes.
• Create user flows, wireframes, visuals, and prototypes to communicate interactions.
• Plan and validate features via usability testing, user research, and analytics interpretation.
• Present design work to UX partners, cross-functional teams, and executives.
