Amazon's Customer Service UX Studio seeks a Senior UX Designer to improve the Associate and Driver experience. You will lead end-to-end design from concept to launch, partnering with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You will mentor junior designers and apply systems-thinking to scale design while exploring AI/ML in UX. A strong portfolio and 7+ years of experience are required, with a collaborative, fast-paced team in Seattle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Have an online portfolio or samples demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile.
• Experience delivering design solutions for large scope and complexity.
• Experience prototyping with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design from concept to launch.
• Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead design reviews and workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Create user interfaces revealing meaningful patterns to users.
• Develop and validate solutions through user research and iterative testing.
