Job summary

Amazon's Customer Service UX Studio is seeking a Senior UX Designer in Seattle to reimagine how data intelligence drives customer experience improvements. You will transform raw data into actionable insights and scalable plans across multiple teams.

You will lead end-to-end design for new customer service tools, collaborate with product, engineering, science, and research, and advocate for design excellence with stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design.
• Experience delivering designs for projects of large scope and complexity.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to plan and execute programs.
• Prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for a brand new customer service tools, from concept to launch.
• Partner with product, engineering, science, and research teams to deliver solutions in a data-heavy space.
• Lead design reviews and workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Create user interfaces that reveal intuitive patterns to users.
• Develop and validate solutions through user research and iterative testing.
• Build narratives that connect customer insights to business opportunities.
• Experiment with innovative tools and UX best practices to drive new ways of working.
