SupplyHouse.com in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of UX Design to lead a growing team and closely connect customer research to measurable business outcomes. You will serve as the primary voice for UX in executive discussions and drive design decisions with evidence.

The role requires remote leadership with travel to Melville, NY six times per year, and collaboration across Marketing, Merchandising, and IT to align product strategy with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in UX leadership with 2+ years of people management.
• Hands-on D2C e-commerce UX with measurable conversion outcomes.
• Proven ability to base design on customer research, not intuition.
• Strong portfolio showing research input, design rationale and outcomes.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and defending with data.
• Fluency with modern design tools such as Figma.
• Excellent communication skills across teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers, setting standards for craft and consistency across projects.
• Establish and enforce a research-informed design process where decisions trace to insights or data.
• Partner with Customer Research to translate findings into actionable design direction.
• Own UX best practices and standards across the org, including accessibility and IA.
• Represent UX to executives, translating design decisions into business terms (conversion, retention).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and IT to align design with strategy.
• Build a repeatable framework for prioritizing UX initiatives by customer impact and value.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and timelines across multiple design streams.
• Champion AI-driven tools to enhance workflows and drive innovation in the customer journey.
