Job summary

HR Acuity LLC is seeking a Lead UX Designer to set the design vision for our Product organization and lead a team of designers and researchers. You will shape the Design System, stay hands-on with high-impact work, and ensure product experiences reflect deep understanding of ER professionals, managers, and employees.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX or product design experience, including leadership.
• Proven ability to scale a design system across teams.
• Experience with Figma, including AI-assisted design features.
• Ability to design for complex B2B SaaS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate the overall UX design strategy aligned with product roadmap.
• Maintain and drive adoption of the Design System with engineering.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of three designers and one researcher.
• Hands-on design of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for high-impact work.
• Translate customer needs into user-centric designs.
