Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead cross-functional Customer Experience initiatives with significant autonomy. You will set vision, prioritize work against business goals, and mentor junior PMs while shipping impact-driven features from research through launch.

The role is remote-based within a defined set of US states; travel to our NY office for internal meetings may occur. Strong data, Amplitude, and A/B testing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product experience with 5+ years in a similar role on a Product/Customer Experience Team.
• 2+ years of e-commerce industry experience.
• Strong data fluency with Amplitude analytics, behavioral data, and A/B test results.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic vision and leadership for complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Leads comprehensive user and market research to inform product strategy.
• Translates analytics and A/B test results into roadmap decisions.
• Owns backlog and user stories; collaborates with engineering on platform direction.
• Establishes KPIs, runs A/B tests, and performs post-launch analysis to determine success.
• Mentors junior product managers and communicates insights to senior stakeholders.
