Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX experience in an enterprise or B2B environment.
- 5+ years of experience working with agile software development teams.
Responsibilities
- Executes user-centered design strategies for assigned products or workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and user needs.
- Contributes to design frameworks, reusable assets, and best practices with Lead UX Designers.
- Creates wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate concepts and solutions.
- Conducts user research and usability testing, providing actionable insights for product design.
- Collaborates with developers, product managers, and other designers to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Promotes user-centered design thinking and mentors junior designers to grow team capabilities.
- Keeps up with industry trends and new UX tools and methodologies.
