This hybrid role emphasizes design systems, AI-augmented engineering, and end-to-end delivery across web and mobile, partnering with engineers, product, and data teams to ship accessible, scalable experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and services.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows, including contributing to and pushing changes through shared repositories.
• Expert using Figma and FigJam, with fluency across VS Code, modern front-end frameworks, and AI coding tools.
• Designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Prototyping AI initiatives with lightweight coding proofs of concept using VS Code and AI-assisted workflows.
• Own and evolve UI design and information architecture for custom-built tools, with front-end development on SPAs (HTML / CSS / JS).
• Production-level front-end engineering skills across modern frameworks, token-based systems, accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform data into insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Iterate on design with user feedback to improve experiences.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Build and refine front-end interfaces translating design concepts into production code.
• Contribute to AI-native design system end-to-end as a coded, evolving product.
• Design and ship AI agents and automations that are self-serve and self-improving.
• Establish middle-layer connections and tooling linking design system to products and workflows.
• Develop coded prototypes to validate ideas before shipping.
