Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role focused on digital products/services.
• Proficient with industry-standard tools (Figma, Co-Pilot, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience across web, mobile and other digital channels.
• Translate complex data into actionable design insights.
• Inclusive design and accessibility knowledge.
• Ability to translate between code editor and design tools.
• Expert understanding of UI component references and scaling across platforms.
• Design tokens using JSON, CSS variables, and Style Dictionary.
• Strong HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript skills for UI layer.
• Decompose complex workflows into reusable UI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant interaction solutions across products and platforms.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs.
• Use data to drive design decisions and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility and inclusive design.
• Iterate based on user feedback to improve experiences.

• Define behavior beyond visuals; partner with engineering on implementable interactions.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to create live-code prototypes as engineering references.
• Review production builds to ensure alignment with architecture and UX design.
