Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior UX & Service Designer in Minneapolis to lead end-to-end experience architecture for enterprise initiatives. You will create service blueprints, prototypes, and cross-channel strategies, driving design alignment across teams.

The role requires 5–8+ years in UX or service design with leadership experience, strong Figma skills, and agile collaboration. This is a hybrid 40-hour-per-week contract with compensation and benefits as described.
