Cella by Randstad Digital seeks an experienced digital project manager to lead omnichannel initiatives in a Fortune 50 biopharma setting. This onsite role in Mettawa, IL requires coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver compliant digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The candidate should bring 3–5+ years of PM experience, strong knowledge of AEM and Veeva workflows, and solid HTML/CSS basics for quality UI/UX outcomes. Pay is hourly with a 3x weekly on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of digital project management experience guiding multi-channel initiatives within an agency or enterprise in-house team.
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise content systems (AEM), Veeva regulatory workflows, and foundational web standards (HTML, UI/UX, SEO).
• Bachelor's degree and strong stakeholder management, consultative communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end omnichannel solutions across web, mobile apps, email, and digital tools to ensure consistent, compliant brand delivery.
• Partner with account leadership and technical teams to architect precise functional requirements, budgets, and roadmaps that protect project margins.
• Steer cross-functional workflow reviews and regulatory submission cycles to accelerate time-to-market across all digital deliverables.
• Champion data-driven proposals and digital best practices to optimize web architecture, UI/UX performance, and search visibility.
