Cella by Randstad Digital in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a highly creative UX/UI Designer to lead the career site design, ensuring accessibility and strong employer branding. Hybrid onsite roles across Minneapolis, Charlotte, Dallas and Des Moines with a 12-month contract and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Specialized UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design, candidate journey mapping, and accessibility compliance.
• Experience designing digital experiences, websites, career sites, or other customer-facing platforms.
• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design, interaction design, visual design, and responsive design principles.
• Experience creating page layouts, templates, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards, usability best practices, and mobile-first design.
• Ability to translate business requirements, user needs, and brand standards into effective digital experiences.
• Experience collaborating with content, creative, product, and technology teams throughout the design lifecycle.
• Knowledge of candidate journey mapping, conversion optimization, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with web analytics, user behavior analysis, and experience optimization techniques.
