Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Art Director (7+ years) to lead conceptual design and visual strategy for enterprise business communications. The role focuses on corporate publications, executive presentations, and strategic reports with 80% concepting, 10% directing, 10% hands-on in files.

Remote with day-1 onsite presence in one of our US regional hubs; strong proficiency in PowerPoint and InDesign and a background in high-quality print production is required.

• 7+ years of dedicated Art Director experience in enterprise-level design environments.
• Advanced mastery of PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign required.
• Strong technical print production knowledge and portfolio focused on corporate communications.

Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 52 per hourWe are seeking a Senior Art Director (7+ years experience) to lead conceptual design and visual strategy for enterprise business communications.In this role, you will focus primarily on high-visibility corporate publications, executive presentations, and strategic business reports rather than consumer advertising campaigns. You will spend 80% of your time on creative concepting, 10% directing and mentoring designers, and 10% hands-on in the files.The ideal candidate thrives working within established, world-class enterprise brand systems-finding innovative ways to elevate and expand visual storytelling within defined brand parameters. You bring advanced mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign, a solid foundation in technical print production, and a portfolio centered on corporate and business communications.Work Arrangement: Mostly remote with Day 1 and occasional business-need onsite presence in one of our regional hub cities (Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, or St. Louis).Responsibilities:Champion the global brand framework across internal and external business communications, major executive reports, and presentation collateral.Spearhead creative concepting and storyboarding, translating dense business data and stakeholder visions into clear, engaging visual systems.Lead ideation sessions, mentor designers, and maintain design quality through constructive reviews and actionable feedback.Leverage both standard design workflows and modern generative AI tools (such as Adobe Firefly) for early-stage concepting and visual exploration.Ensure all deliverables meet exact technical specifications, including comprehensive print production standards (offset, dye-sublimation, prepress readiness) and digital publishing requirements.Qualifications:Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Art Director experience within a matrixed in-house creative department or corporate design agency.Core Toolset: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (the primary vehicle for presentation design) and Adobe Creative Cloud (expert-level InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
