Qualifications

• BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3-4 years of professional design retail experience in advertising/ecommerce.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to edit photos and perform minor retouching in Photoshop.
• Strong layout, typography, color theory, and balance.
• Able to work across multiple channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Location: Remote with readiness to go on-site if required.Type: W2 ContractDuration: Ongoing, Long-termCompensation Range: $45-48/HROur client, a big-box retailer, is looking for a Designer to join their fun, progressive, rapidly growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will support the Beauty creative team and must be a problem solver and conceptual thinker able to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.This role is responsible for designing concepts to final deliverables for brand and seasonal marketing campaigns that will translate across multiple channels including site, email, paid social, and display ads. This individual will be able to integrate well within a team (producers, marketers, copy writers, art directors, and designers), but also be comfortable working individually on projects when required. This role demands consistency in quality of work with the ability to manage multiple projects at different scopes & scales with varying timelines. This role will actively maintain brand standards across all assets and occasionally translate campaign concepts from external agencies or partners to fit or adhere to brand guidelines.Responsibilities:Creative Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and maintain multi-channel creative assets that align to content strategy & adhere to brand guidelines from external agencies or partners.Deliver creative from briefing to final deliverable-which includes, but not limited to, digital & print assets, activations, and paid digital media marketing.Actively work to develop cross functional relationships and foster collaboration.Proactive, self-sufficient, and professional, with strong organizational and time management skills.Work closely with Project Management & Ops to communicate and deliver on creative needs through online project management tools.Collaborate with Marketing, Project Management & Ops, eComm Ops, Copy, & Product teams, as well as external agencies and partners, to provide the creative point-of-view & to ensure brand cohesion across all user touchpoints.Continued growth of individual self, the team and business by contributing to exploration and research of trends and competition as well as evolving skills such as learning new design tools.Qualifications:BA/BFA in Graphic Design or other relevant education.3-4 years of professional design retail experience in the area of advertising and/or ecommerce design and the production process involved therein.Extensive knowledge of working with design software specifically Figma & Adobe Creative Suite, including proficiency in advanced functions (for example, multi-layer masking and compositing).Ability to edit photos and do minor retouching in photoshop (clipping, extending backgrounds etc.)Ability to distinguish good layout/typography, apply color theory, hierarchy, and balance.Ability to troubleshoot minor problems with typography, layout, applications, hardware.Organized worker and ability to grasp various new software used for creative workflow.Comfortable doing motion design from static imagery and/or other types of components.Able to take creative direction and collaborate with a variety of production teams.Preferred Qualifications:2 years experience managing interactive projects in an online creative or related digital field.Proficiency in various programs, such as, but not limited to:FigmaPowerpoint & Google slidesMicrosoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of responsive/adaptive designExperience working with animation software (After Effects, Premier Pro).Ability to design logos/lockups and develop visual identity systems.Some understanding of print process and producing print mechanicals.Illustration skills a plus but not required.Comfortable with presenting work to your peers, creative leadership and/or partners.Job ID: JN -102026-164253#LI-CELLA#LI-DC1Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
