Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a contract, hybrid role based in Atlanta. You will translate business goals into compelling omnichannel social and paid media assets, mentoring teams and shaping visual narratives that drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in a design leadership capacity, strong Adobe CC and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional ideation and project scoping. Onsite as needed after day one in multiple cities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Senior Graphic Designer in social and paid media marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint with a strong portfolio.
• Experience leading cross-functional ideation sessions and managing scope to drive client engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent; executive-level communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to conceptualize and execute social and paid media campaigns.
• Lead end-to-end creative processes including storyboarding, layout design, and presentation development.
• Manage project lifecycles, scope, and timelines within budget.
• Mentor junior creatives through feedback and ideation sprints.
