Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Superintendent for utility-scale solar projects in North Carolina. You will lead all field operations from mobilization through commissioning, directing subcontractors and crews, driving the schedule, and maintaining site safety and compliance.

You will read IFC drawings and specifications, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with QC, engineering, and the client to resolve field issues. Strong leadership and travel readiness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8 years in construction, including 4 years as a superintendent on utility-scale solar or heavy civil projects.
• Ability to read IFC drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site civil, mechanical, and electrical construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors, field supervisors, and craft labor.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly work, and maintain the project schedule.
• Ensure work meets IFC drawings, specifications, permits, and contract requirements.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations, and lead toolbox talks.
• Resolve field issues and coordinate inspections with QC, engineering, and the client.
• Track production, manpower, and equipment, and maintain daily reports.
• Support commissioning, punch list, and turnover.
