Qualifications

• Engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent experience (2 years as assistant superintendent).
• 8 years of field construction experience at a supervisory level preferred.
• Experience in utility-scale solar projects preferred.

• Recruit and train the regional construction team.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and conduct inspections.
