Qualifications

• Engineering, construction management, or architectural degree, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years as superintendent (minimum).
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision across multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop field staff and supervise subcontractors.
• Represent on-site with owners, architects, and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
• Enforce safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
• Review drawings and submittals; chair meetings and manage punch lists.
• Maintain CPM schedules and coordinate with estimating on cost estimates.
