SOLV Energy is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field construction on a utility-scale solar and storage project. Based on a Plymouth, NC site, the role requires travel and hands-on leadership of direct reports and subcontractors to meet schedule, safety, and quality goals.

You will coordinate with owners, architects, and internal teams, review drawings and submittals, maintain CPM schedules, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while enforcing safety standards.

Formación

• Engineering, construction management, or architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefer 8 years of field construction experience at supervisory level.
• Prefer 3 years in utility-scale solar projects.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise direct reports and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate regional field construction team.
• Promote growth and internal development.
• Develop relationships with project owners and stakeholders to facilitate communication.
• Enforce safety procedures and participate in Safety Training Program.
• Maintain work quality standards and conduct inspections.
• Plan logistics, order materials, and coordinate meetings to avoid delays.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals; chair pre-job conferences.
• Maintain CPM schedules and coordinate milestones.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
