• Serve as on-site representative for assigned projects and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Lead and develop field staff, coach and mentor teams to ensure high performance.
• Manage CPM schedules, logistics, materials, and subcontractor meetings to meet milestones.
• Review drawings and submittals; chair pre-job and subcontractor meetings; manage punch lists and readiness.
• Prepare progress updates and operational reports for leadership.
