Current project locations include TN, GA, MS, TX. You will manage budgets, collaborate with procurement, maintain docs, and build strong client relationships while staying current with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision to construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate and schedule construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement construction plans and strategies.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, construction crews and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to utility-scale solar construction.
