R-2 Contractors, Inc. seeks a Utility-Scale Power & Renewables Project Manager to own commercial, contractual, financial, and administrative success of assigned projects from turnover through closeout.

You will partner with Field Operations to anticipate risks, protect profitability, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include leading mobilization, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and reporting.

Formación

• Experience managing heavy civil, solar, BESS, substation, transmission, or underground infrastructure construction projects in the utility-scale market.
• Demonstrated command of contracts, estimating handoffs, project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and change management.
• Ability to read construction plans, specifications, scope letters, and pricing schedules and translate them into execution requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned projects from estimating turnover through execution, customer acceptance, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary commercial and contractual point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Establish project priorities, responsibilities, deadlines, and clear communication between departments.
• Own commitments, solve problems, and elevate risk with recommended solutions.
• Manage budgets, cost coding, commitments, and reliable estimates at completion.
