R-2 Contractors, Inc. seeks a Utility-Scale Power & Renewables Project Manager to own commercial, contractual, financial, and administrative success from turnover to closeout. You will partner with Field Operations to anticipate risks, protect profitability, support execution, and build lasting customer relationships.

Location options include Gilbert, AZ, Prineville, OR, and on project sites; travel up to 20% nationwide. On-site work arrangement; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing heavy civil, solar, BESS, substation, transmission, or underground infrastructure construction projects in the utility-scale market.

Responsibilities

• Lead duties from estimating turnover through execution, acceptance and closeout.
• Serve as primary commercial/contractual point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Establish priorities, deadlines, and clear communication between departments.
