Job summary

Slipstream seeks a Senior Partnership Manager to grow utility partnerships and funding opportunities across Illinois and the Midwest. You will translate market needs into actionable programs, manage a partnerships portfolio, and collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and initiatives.

You will represent Slipstream in industry forums, advance durable funding, and build relationships with utilities, agencies, and stakeholders to drive energy efficiency and decarbonization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 6–9 years of utility partnerships or energy-sector program management.
• Experience building relationships with utilities, agencies, or stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM and project tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Manage key utility partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust partnership pipeline in Illinois and Midwest.
• Translate market trends into actionable programs and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals and program design.
• Represent Slipstream at industry forums and stakeholder events.
• Advance renewals, expansions, and new funding opportunities.
