Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration)
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience leading and managing complex programs
• 5+ years of experience leading teams with accountability for delivery outcomes
• Deep understanding of Demand Side Management and energy-efficiency program design and regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting outcomes, and driving profitability across a defined solution area
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations and client-facing deliverables

Aufgaben

• Establish and evolve program frameworks, operating procedures, and quality standards for scalable success
• Partner with Directors to ensure coordinated execution across teams
• Design and implement operational strategies to improve resource allocation and delivery efficiency
• Analyze program performance trends, market conditions, and risks to inform adjustments
• Develop and mentor staff and Project Managers through coaching and feedback
• Build trusted client relationships within the defined region to sustain partnerships
• Lead or contribute to proposals, scopes of work, and client presentations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across programs
