Pickett, an ESP Associates company, seeks a Lead Engineer to provide leadership and senior-level engineering expertise on complex utility distribution projects.

You will supervise a team of engineers, technicians and drafters, ensure client requirements and schedules are met, and guide design activities from overhead to underground distribution facilities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of overhead and underground distribution engineering experience.
• Knowledge of CSA/IEC/NESC standards and codes.
• Experience with distribution design and client standards.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
