Job summary

Enervee in Bend, Oregon is seeking a senior enterprise business development leader to drive new utility accounts and large program bids, partnering with the CEO and product teams to shape opportunities and pricing.

You will articulate Enervee’s platform to utility stakeholders, lead AI-driven prospecting, and coordinate across delivery, sales, and finance to win contracts and scale the market.

Qualifications

• Enterprise sales experience with long, complex cycles.
• Understanding how large organizations buy and make decisions.
• Solid SaaS understanding; data flows, integrations and hosting.
• AI tools for prospecting, research, proposals and account planning.
• Comfort presenting to senior utility leaders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Win new utility accounts by engaging strategic decision makers across full energy-efficiency portfolios.
• Pursue implementer-led and performance-based opportunities, including RFPs.
• Shape proposals and pricing with CEO, growth and finance teams.
• Build relationships with implementers and partners to extend reach.
• Travel to meet utility leaders and represent Enervee at events.
• Hand off to delivery team at scoping to ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide market feedback on needs and competitive offerings.
• Explain platform capabilities and integrations to utilities.
