Qualifications

• Experience managing utility-scale solar or similar construction projects with self-perform exposure.
• Ability to analyze labor, production, cost, schedule, and contract exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, forecasting, Cost-to-Complete, WIP, billing, and cash flow.
• Oversee self-perform labor, production, productivity, and installed quantities.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and commercial correspondence.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and major material.
• Develop project schedules, risks, and recovery plans.
• Maintain owner relationships and progress meetings.
• Handle change-order pricing, negotiation, and recovery.
• Ensure financial and contractual success of projects.
