Job summary

Enervee is seeking a capable customer success professional to run utility programs day to day and be the steady voice for our utility partners. You will support West Coast partners and ensure smooth operations across business hours.

You will collaborate with program managers and with our customer care, commerce, engineering and growth teams to configure rebates, reviews and reporting while driving adoption of our Enervee Score across markets.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in customer success, account management, solutions or program management.
• Self-starter and fast learner who owns work and learns new systems quickly.
• Excellent communicator who explains technical issues clearly.
• Organized and dependable with ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
• Comfortable with technology and data and able to turn numbers into a story.
• AI-forward, using AI tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for program managers at your utilities, answering questions and resolving issues quickly.
• Lead regular meetings with utility program teams to review performance, plan what's next and keep everyone aligned.
• Configure programs on our platform, from rebates and eligibility rules to new product categories.
• Deliver monthly program reporting with our analyst team.
• Write partner updates, launch plans and documentation that busy people actually read.
• Coordinate program launches and campaigns with our marketing and commerce teams.
• Use AI to automate recurring reports and workflows.
