PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for its utility construction projects in the US. You will own financial performance, manage scope, schedule, costs, and customer communications, and partner with Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Manager or comparable field-heavy construction management experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and milestone-control capabilities.
• Financial understanding of budgets, cost tracking, WIP, revenue recognition, and billing.
• Ability to interpret contracts, project plans, technical specifications, and field data.
• Experience coordinating across field teams, customers, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance including margin protection, cost control, and cash flow awareness.
• Track project costs, forecast accurately, and ensure timely billing.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules with field teams.
• Serve as primary customer contact for updates, risk, and schedule expectations.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Operations Manager to align resources and readiness.
• Ensure project documentation is organized, audit-ready, and compliant.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
