PUSH Inc. in Michigan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned utility construction projects.

You will ensure project scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication are managed with discipline and clarity while maintaining proactive risk visibility and accurate forecasting. The role collaborates with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margins, entitlement, and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management or field-heavy construction experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Maintain schedule integrity and coordinate with field leadership.
• Lead contract administration and change order processes.
• Provide proactive risk management and forecasting.
• Communicate with customers and ensure project documentation is audit-ready.
• Coach project coordinators and office staff.
