PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for utility construction to own financial, contractual, and customer-facing success on assigned projects in Seney, MI.

You will oversee scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and proactive risk management while maintaining strong field alignment with Operations and Supervisors. Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or comparable field-heavy construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience managing construction projects and teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance including margin protection, cost control, and cash flow awareness.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication with discipline.
• Forecast, document, and report WIP, revenue, and risks to protect margins.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Operations to maintain near-term readiness and field alignment.
• Serve as primary customer contact for updates and issue resolution.
• Lead documentation, billing support, and reporting standards across teams.
