Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Seney, MI to lead utility construction projects from inception through completion.

You will own financial performance, scope changes, scheduling, and customer communications, working closely with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margin and ensure on-time delivery. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction project management, cost control, and contract administration, with the ability to forecast risks and manage

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction project management and utility construction workflows.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, WIP, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to interpret contracts, plans, specs, and field data.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with field teams and ensure constructible plans.
• Coordinate with subs and field leadership to align resources and milestones.
• Prepare clear change orders, RFIs, and progress reporting to maintain client trust.
