Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for utility construction in Munising, MI. You will own the financial, contractual, and customer-facing aspects of assigned projects, ensuring scope, schedule, costs, and communications stay aligned with forecasted outcomes.

Work closely with Operations leadership to protect margins, cash flow, and timely delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field-heavy PM experience and a BS in construction-related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in utility construction or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of budgets, cost tracking, and billing processes.
• Ability to interpret contracts, specifications, and scopes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance, including margin protection, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Manage contract administration, scope changes, and documentation to protect entitlement.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with field teams and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary customer contact for updates, risks, and change orders.
• Coordinate across field and office teams to align resources and execution.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and reports are accurate.
