Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead electric distribution construction projects across the Midwest. The role focuses on mentorship, operational excellence, and effective project execution on critical utility infrastructure programs.

The ideal candidate has extensive utility construction experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to guide crews and manage multi-project environments while delivering safe, high-quality results for utility clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of utility construction experience.
• Strong background in electric distribution construction.
• Experience managing crews, foremen, general foremen, and superintendents.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to field management teams.
• Support superintendents and foremen across multiple projects.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
• Assist with workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and construction execution.
• Build strong relationships with utility clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve field performance and operational efficiency.
