Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead utility-scale renewable energy projects from pre-construction through commissioning, with relocation to the Midwest required. You will manage EPC activities, contractor coordination, and regulatory considerations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in renewable energy project management, solar experience over 150 MW, PMP/PE preferred, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of project management experience in renewable energy, power generation, or large infrastructure projects.
• 4+ years of progressive experience supporting or managing utility-scale solar projects.
• Direct experience overseeing construction and commissioning of utility-scale solar facilities >150 MW.
• PMP/PE or equivalent preferred; strong EPC contracting and scheduling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects from notice-to-proceed through commercial operation.
• Develop and manage execution plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, environmental, safety and quality requirements.
• Serve as liaison among owners, contractors, utilities, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Oversee reporting on schedule, cost, safety, quality, risk, staffing, procurement, and performance.
