Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior utilities leader to drive large-scale transformation across Energy Retail and Customer Operations. You will partner with C-suite executives to shape strategy, customer experience and operational performance, leveraging SAP/Oracle CIS platforms and data-driven approaches.

You will originate opportunities, manage P&L, and guide multi-disciplinary teams while advancing innovative, AI-enabled solutions for client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in the utilities sector with Retail, Customer Operations and Meter-to-Cash transformation.
• Proven track record leading large transformations, CIS implementations, and billing modernization.
• Experience as a senior advisor to executives with P&L responsibility.
• Strong consulting, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership.
• Deep expertise in digital transformation, data analytics and AI for operations.
• Ability to originate and close high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs for Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Advise C-suite on strategy, priorities, and enterprise outcomes.
• Define offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation with innovative value propositions.
• Shape deals, develop compelling business cases, and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams and ensure quality, timeline and budget.
• Mentor senior practitioners and foster inclusive high-performance teams.
