Zusammenfassung

Amrize is seeking an Engineering Technology Lead - Plant Utilities to own the strategic design, maintenance and optimization of critical plant infrastructure across sites. This senior role requires independent operation and collaboration with EHS to ensure OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance.

You will drive capital projects, deliver ROI-focused presentations to executives, and mentor maintenance teams while ensuring safety and reliability of utilities across multiple facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems and Arc Flash safety.
• Strong experience with capital projects and project management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as SME for all manufacturing utility systems: air, water, gas, steam, electricity.
• Design, audit and optimize plant infrastructure for reliability and energy efficiency.
• Lead electrical infrastructure strategy and Arc Flash safety programs across sites.
• Independently identify gaps, scope projects and prepare business cases for funding.
• Present ROI-focused proposals to senior management for capital approvals.
