Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Manager of Business Development to drive growth across its portfolio of utility services. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in contract negotiation and market analysis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business development within utility, power, or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of utility services, including T&D, asset management, line construction, and related infrastructure service lines.
• Proven ability to secure large-scale projects and manage complex negotiations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies across all IIS service lines and operating companies.
• Identify new opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with utilities, municipalities, EPC contractors, and other key clients and partners.
• Lead proposal development and bid submissions in collaboration with estimating and operations teams.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership.
• Mentor and lead a team of business development professionals.
• Lead special projects as needed.
