Cadreforce is seeking a senior commercial leader in Edison, New Jersey, to drive growth in the Utilities business. The role blends strategic sales planning, market analysis, and key- account development with accountability for revenue and deal closures.

You will lead complex negotiations, shape winning proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for major utility clients across America.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
MBA or master’s degree preferred.
13+ years in business development, sales, or related client-facing role, ideally in Energy & Utilities.
Proven track record of revenue growth and high-value contracts in America.

Develop and execute an engineering business development plan for Utilities in America based on market research and trends.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business with major utilities and partners in America.
Lead proposals, bids, and negotiations to secure favorable terms.
