Joyteractive Limited is seeking a skilled User Acquisition Manager to build and scale incentivized traffic across our mobile puzzles games. You will own the incentivized UA channel, partner with Mistplay, Tapjoy and similar networks, and optimize payouts (CPI/CPA/CPE) while tracking ROI and LTV.

You will collaborate with Product and Monetization to improve milestone progression and reward pacing, aiming to maximize lifetime value and profitability for our leading iOS/Android titles.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in mobile UA, incl. 1 year incentivized traffic.
• Strong understanding of rewarded ecosystem, including payouts and auction mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and fraud prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Launch and scale incentivized traffic as part of UA strategy.
• Work with offerwall and rewarded networks: Mistplay, Adjoe, Exmox, Tapjoy, and similar platforms.
• Select and optimize payout models (CPI / CPA / CPE), event-based goals, and partnership terms.
• Analyze traffic quality: event completion speed, post-install behavior, retention, and fraud.
• Track cohort profitability and analyze the full funnel from install to revenue.
• Collaborate with Product and Monetization teams to improve incentivized user conversion through milestone structure, early-game progression, and reward pacing.
