Hitapps Inc. is seeking a skilled UA Manager to own end-to-end user acquisition for our Puzzle Games, including scaling and performance ownership across rewarded channels. You will manage campaigns, optimize post-install funnels, and drive ROI with data-driven decisions.

Join a fast-growing game development team focusing on Solitaire Associations, collaborating with creatives and analytics to test hypotheses and push scale while maintaining clear, measurable results.

Competenze

• 2+ years in mobile game UA with $100k+ monthly budget.
• Strong understanding of rewarded/incentivized ecosystems and payout models (CPA, CPE, CPI) and post-install funnels.
• Knowledge of UA channels and auction mechanics.
• Excellent communication and results-driven mindset.

Mansioni

• Own strategy, planning and execution of mobile game UA campaigns across rewarded platforms.
• Build and scale performance-driven UA funnels with testing and forecasting.
• Develop partner relationships, define commercial frameworks and testing roadmaps.
• Monitor audience quality using key KPIs and optimize accordingly.
• Collaborate with the creative team to test and refine ad creatives.
• Generate hypotheses, run A/B tests and interpret results to boost performance.
