Gear Games, Inc. is seeking a US-based, fully remote Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead performance marketing for our games.

You will collaborate with the GM, Product, Analytics and partners to develop, recommend, and execute data-driven UA strategies designed to fuel sustainable player growth. This hands-on leadership role expects expertise in mobile campaigns, ROAS, LTV, and monetization, plus a knack for experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and balancing volume with player

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on mobile UA in F2P games.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and recommend UA strategies, plans, and budgets for leadership review.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimize campaigns across major mobile channels.
• Own measurement and attribution framework; ensure accurate perf data.
• Partner with Creative to run ongoing creative testing.
• Evaluate player quality, retention, and LTV to optimize investments.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and regulations.
• Explore new channels (influencers, affiliates, CTV, web-to-app) for growth.
• Provide regular reporting and forecast growth opportunities.
• Manage app store presence; run ASO experiments and track CPI.
• Execute additional duties as needed.
