Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a senior leader to own the user acquisition function, scaling paid social, search, and other channels. You will lead a growing team, set budgets, and align with product, data, and brand to drive sign-ups, deposits, and trades.

You will implement a rigorous testing roadmap, partner with analytics for attribution, and explore non-traditional channels in a regulated environment to optimize CAC and LTV.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in user acquisition or performance marketing.
• 2+ years in direct team management.
• Hands-on with paid social, paid search, or programmatic channels.
• Strong analytics, including SQL, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the user acquisition strategy across paid social, paid search, influencer, referral, and emerging channels.
• Manage and develop a team of channel managers with weekly reviews and clear goals.
• Build a testing roadmap for creative, audience, landing page, and offers.
• Collaborate with data to define metrics, reporting, and attribution.
• Work with brand to produce clear, actionable ad content and feedback.
• Identify non-traditional channels aligned with regulations and audience.
• Report performance to leadership with concrete next steps.
