Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a senior leader to build and scale a retention organization focused on active-trader retention, LTV growth, and a holistic lifecycle strategy. You will own incentives, analytics, and cross‑functional alignment with Markets, Growth, Product, and Brand to drive a single, cohesive plan around major events.

You will hire, structure the team, and establish guardrails with Legal and Compliance in a regulated environment, reporting to the CEO and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retention, lifecycle, or CRM.
• At least 5 years leading teams and managing managers.
• Experience building retention orgs in high-churn consumer markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the retention organization from early stage to full function.
• Own active-trader retention at multiple day cohorts and drive LTV growth.
• Set retention budget and defend ROI with Finance.
• Align cross-functional teams to execute a unified retention plan.
• Negotiate roadmap commitments for triggers, tooling, and data infrastructure.
