Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Head of Growth and Acquisition to lead the strategy and execution for attracting, activating, engaging and retaining participants. You will own growth across the lifecycle, ensuring supply matches demand while delivering a superior participant experience.

You'll build a scalable growth engine, explore new channels and partnerships, and drive experimentation with cross-functional teams to propel Prolific through its next growth phase.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth in marketplace, platform or tech environments.
• Proven ability to build and scale growth functions and channels.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with funnel metrics, CAC, LTV and cohort analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Prolific's participant growth strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Build and scale a sustainable growth engine with new channels and improved processes.
• Own partnerships strategy and scale relationships to unlock new geographies and cohorts.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across growth marketing, recruitment, partnerships and community.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to improve journeys and automate processes.
