Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; or one to two years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Strives to reach goals and objectives for sales and gross on a monthly and annual basis.
• Hires, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all used-vehicle sales employees.
• Administers an annual operating forecast and budget for the used-vehicle sales department.
• Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing.
• Maintains vehicle inventory and analyzes market trends to decide stock.

Formazione

High school diploma or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
