Job summary

• Trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of Sales Consultants in internet and phone lead responses and closing ratios.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and coordinates staffing to respond to internet and phone leads.
• Runs reports and analyzes internet leads to improve performance and profitability.
• Manages follow-up processes to convert internet inquiries into in-store visits and sales.
