Job summary

Stream-Flo USA LLC is seeking an experienced payroll administrator to manage US multi-state payroll operations for our growing team. You will process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and collaborate with our HR and finance colleagues to deliver accurate remittances and year-end reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in US payroll, proficiency with UKG HRIS, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of US payroll administration with multi-state scope.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Experience with UKG HRIS/UKG Pro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly/semi-monthly US payroll for all employees.
• Prepare remittances and year-end reporting (W-2s, W-2Cs).
• Liaise with third‑party payroll vendors and ensure data integrity.
• Generate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure time and attendance accuracy and confidentiality.
