Job summary

Stream-Flo/Master Flo Valve seeks an experienced payroll professional to manage full-cycle US payroll for all locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing. This role collaborates with HR and finance, supports year-end reporting, and maintains confidential records.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of US payroll administration experience, knowledge of multi-state tax rules, and proficiency with HRIS/UKG and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct US payroll administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Experience with UKG or similar HRIS/Payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly/semi-monthly full cycle payroll activities for all US-based employees.
• Ensure US payroll practices are effective and compliant across all locations.
• Prepare remittances and lead year-end reporting (W-2s, W-2Cs).
• Input data and run processing activities on regular US payroll cycle across all work locations.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end activities.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data integrity in payroll systems.
